  • The Trail and District Chamber of Commerce’s (TDCOC) staff and management is committed to deliver the highest level of service to our membership.  We aim to achieve this goal by attending ongoing, comprehensive training delivered by a world-class membership management system.

  • The TDCOC recently held an annual Business Walk from Fruitvale to Rossland.  This day is dedicated to learn more about local businesses through face-to-face interviews.  The purpose of this event is to gain understanding of issues and opportunities of our existing businesses and forward those to the local governments.  It also aids to increase awareness of the programs and services offered by community partners, chamber of commerce, and other partners.

  • The TDCOC is also a member of the BC Chamber of Commerce which allows our organization and its members to be heard on the provincial government’s level.  Through our grassroots policy process, our membership endorses approximately 70 new policies each year which reflects the needs of BC businesses.

  • Members provide insight into the BC economic landscape and voice concerns and opportunities for BC businesses.  Data gathered through BCMindReader.com is contextualized and shared with government.  It informs our advocacy efforts and the policy process.  As a member of our community you’ll participate in surveys on topics you care about—all related to BC business and the provincial economy.  We also share these insights back with you—so you can make data-driven decisions about your business.  Check out this short video:  https://youtu.be/d_LSjwZs_Ys

M2M Benefit Program

The Trail & District Chamber of Commerce is proud to launch the Member 2 Member (M2M) Benefit Program. This newly implemented program is for all chamber members in good standing. The Member 2 Member Program encourages you to support other Chamber Members within our business community by shopping locally while accessing special offers and discounts!

As a member of the Trail & District chamber of Commerce, your M2M card will be mailed out to you upon paying membership dues. This card gives members access to a list of local perks and offers.

How it works:

  1. Each TDCOC member in good standing will receive 1 discount card per year which will run from January 1st to December 31st the same year (you do not have to sign up for the program to receive these cards).
  2. When shopping at participating M2M businesses simply show your M2M card and enjoy your discounts! We will send the cards to you annually once you have paid your membership dues.
  3. Each business that participates will be highlighted on a master list (on the Chamber website) along with the discount or offer for that business. If you are interested in participating in the Discount Program please send an email to info@trailchamber.bc.ca

How to sign up your business to offer discounts:

  1. Decide on what your discount or offer is
  2. Send an email to info@trailchamber.bc.ca
  3. Ensure your shoppers have their M2M card to receive discounts (Discounts will not be honoured without the card).
  4. You must inform the Chamber of any changes to your offer immediately or it will remain valid unless cancelled.

The Trail Times

For $40 per month for a 2.5″ x 3″ LUG or 8″ x 2″ banner for $85, members gain the opportunity of having their Business featured on the monthly Chamber Page of the Trail Daily Times. Space is limited. For more info and to reserve your spot contact:
